The room was clean, but I didn't appreciate the noise from upstairs.

The room was nicely decorated with clean amenities. The staff were welcoming, the location was comfortable. I found there variety of restaurants to eat, like Noodle & Roll that is only 5 minutes' walk away.

Wonderful hotel with cordial staff, it has particularly good location in the old quarter. Would come here again, appreciated our great stay here.

If you're a foodie, you'll love this spot! The vegetarian dishes were to die for, particularly from nearby Bun Cha Nem Cua Be Dac Kim, just a hop away! Plus, the staff treated us like family. Their hospitality was off the charts, especially from the lovely grandmother who runs the show.

But don't get too comfy! We had some hiccups, my first night greeted me with a towel sporting yellow stains and no hot water. We ended up switching rooms twice-overall a bit chaotic for our crew.

The room was spacious, and its proximity to local eateries made dining convenient. Enjoying fresh-cracked eggs at breakfast was a highlight. The cleanliness of the bathroom left something to be desired, concerning, especially traveling with family.

The bathroom lacked a shower curtain, causing water to splash everywhere, and the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired, with dirt accumulating in the hallways. Arriving early was a plus, and the staff allowed an immediate check-in. While the eggs offered at breakfast tasted decent, the room felt cramped, particularly with a crib present alongside minimal walking space. Wifi connectivity was poor.

The location is perfect-close to lots of restaurants. Our stay was cozy, and we enjoyed renting a private driver to Ha Long and exploring nearby attractions. The super nice team and friendly. Breakfast was decent, and we loved the local Pho.

We experienced some noise in the mornings from announcements, a bit annoying but nothing major.

Golden rose has an amazing location, close to shops and restaurants. I loved the cozy beautiful triple room with hot water and working ac. The breakfast was good, especially the ice coffee. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

It was just a good match for a weekend vacation in Hanoi with fantastic value. The host were great, helping us buy fruits and offering great local tips. Make sure to request a top floor room for a quieter experience.

The hotel is centrally located in the old quarter, just a few minutes' walk from the lake. The rooms are spacious and kept clean, with reliable hot water, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi-staying connected is easy here.

I came across a few hiccups. The quality of the scooters rented from the hotel was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend them unless you want to overpay for subpar service. I also encountered a room with a window facing an interior staircase. Added to that, after paying in full, I was hit with a surprise 3% fee for using a credit card-a first for me. Noise can be an issue too.

Convenient location! the airport is a bit far, about 30 km away from here. You'll find cozy beds, a fridge, kettle, and AC in the room. 😊
